Our proven training program is more advanced than any other interconnect company with an emphasis on making the most efficient and effective use of your time.

Our fast-track training provides a better understanding for your telephone system making your company more knowledgeable. We also provide onsite training on all Nortel Phone and Voicemail Systems.

HTCS hosts Nortel Technical Training on the last Thursday of every month at our Office located at 111 Railside Road, Suite 300 (Don Valley/Lawrence) in Don Mills, Ontario.

We provide hands on training to our existing and non-existing customers demonstrating the features of the Business Communication Manager (BCM) Voice Over IP (Voip), Norstar Phone and Voicemail Systems. The rates are as follows:

Existing customers $ 100.00/per course (2 hrs each)
Non-existing  $150.00/per course (2 hrs each)
Onsite Training  $ 100.00/per hour
