SERVICE POLICY
Full 24 hour service is included. Guaranteed response time of two (2) hours for a major service call and twenty four (24) hours for all others. Technicians are always on call and can provide emergency service when required.

WARRANTY
An Extended Warranty/Maintenance Agreement is available at the expiry of the warranty. Service is also available on a time-and-materials basis. Maintenance agreements can be invoiced monthly, quarterly, or annually. (Not necessary to be continuous after warranty period). Remote Maintenance/Programming also is available.

TRAINING
Full on-site training for all personnel is included. Available at pre- installation, cut-over and post-installation. On-going training as is reasonably required is also included at no charge. In addition, our training facility offers a weekly comprehensive 3 hour video and hands-on training course.

CONSULTANT SERVICES
Free consultations are available with highly trained telecommunications professionals who can advise you on other services available such as Competitive Local Service (Analogue/Digital ISDN), Competitive Long Distance/800 Service, Extended Local Calling Plans, VoIP/VoDSL and High Speed Internet (xDSL)

UPGRADES
Upgrades to enhanced software or hardware are available at any time with full trade-in of any equipment available.

MANUFACTURER BACKING
Full backing of Nortel as we are an Authorized Nortel Distributor. A comfort letter is available from Nortel guaranteeing service and parts/software availability for ten years.

COORDINATION WITH LOCAL CARRIER
HTCS will be responsible for all coordination with the Local Carrier (where applicable) relating to the switch-over of systems, lines, services, etc., and all required paperwork is included.

AFTER HOURS INSTALLATION
HTCS can provide after hours or weekend installations at no additional charge so that service is not interrupted during crucial business hours.

FINANCING OPTIONS
Financing Options include monthly rental, lease to purchase, and outright purchase plans. All plans can be arranged with flexible payment terms.
