Features & Benefits
Simplified Network Infrastructure cuts costs by connecting IP phones over the LAN wiring system, seamlessly extending features to multiple sites through IP connectivity and streamlining network management.
Unified Messaging allows users to manage all their voice, fax, and e-mail messages from a single application on their multimedia-equipped PC or laptop on your network.
IP Telephony supports powerful new e-business applications that level the playing field with larger competitors, extend network services to remote workers, increase portability, simplify moves and changes, and eliminate toll charges on site-to-site calls.
Browser-based Management simplifies installations, and provides an intuitive, wizards-based method of managing the network from any Web-enabled workstation.
Call Centre applications combine the reach of the Web without personalized agent interaction and customer support.
Wireless e-mobility solutions break the chains that tie users to their workstations, giving Call Center agents hands-on access to samples and supporting wireless scanners for efficient inventory procedures.
Interactive Voice Response (IVR) lets you increase employee productivity, reduce hold times and improve customer service by offering your customers information and ordering capabilities from the keypad of any touchtone telephone.
Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) - provide encrypted tunnels that allow sensitive data to be safely and cost-effectively transmitted over the Internet.
Secure Socket layer (SSL) encryption and Secure Shell (SSH) - increase security and system performance, while reducing vulnerability to viruses and provide more restrictive file access.
IP Firewall Support - ensures protection against an Internet attached using denial of Service and source spoofing, making your business communications secure.
WIN NT OS Hardening - includes Service Pack 6a (128-bit encryption version), and SRP (Security Roll-Up Package) a collection of security hotfixes since SP6a and other miscellaneous security hotfixes to ensure your BCM remains reliable and secure.
LAN to LAN Fast Path Routing - significantly speeds up the performance of LAN to LAN routing by over three times the rate that is normally achieved.
Support for multiple IP addresses on the same WAN interface - allows access to both private intranets and the public Internet over the same T1 connection, sharing bandwidth dynamically.
Web Cache and Domain Name Service (DNS) Proxy - stores frequently used data and allows faster access and less congestion.
Turnkey access to the Internet and private corporate networks - provides employees with access to communication channels that will boost their productivity and ability to communicate.
The ability to equip your mobile personnel with wireless IP devises they can use for both telephone calls and data transmissions while on the road.
The ability, for the system administrator, to remotely configure all stations and -better still-perform his/her tasks from any workstation connected to the internet.
Options for upgrading, expanding and gradually adopting new features or versions of the BCM system easily; sometimes without even having to add any hardware.
The freedom to choose a distributed solution, making your branches and other secondary sites independent from the company's main network. This way, if there is a temporary problem with the network, they can continue operating normally in terms of communications.
Easy access to a wealth of strategic management data that help you, for example, measure performance of your call centers and many other functions.
